Last decades as a freelance consultant across land, property, biological asset, plant & machinery, business valuation, engineering, project evaluation and energy auditing.

I have given Asset Valuation (Fair Value Measurement) Training of Trainers organized by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia for Banks, Insurances & public Enterprises.
I have given professional technical support and review of asset valuation for Establishment and Implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Adoption for Chemical Industry Corporation & Ethiopia Agriculture Corporation.
I have given Asset Valuation Training for Commercial Bank of Ethiopia.
Conduct consultancy for Regional Center for Mapping of Resources for Development (RCMRD), Nairobi, Kenya — knowledge and skill assessment on land-related occupational standards, mainly cadastral surveying and real property valuation levels II, III and IV.
Undertook supervising service for Ministry of Urban Development and Construction, Modernized Property Tax System project office: property identification & valuation study.
